Edwin begin his career in tile and floor installation by first serving a two year apprenticeship under the supervision of a master tile, travertine and flooring specialist. Growing in his skills, Edwin was often provided the opportunity to complete installations on his own after gaining the trust of his mentor.

Opening Martinez Tile & Laminate Flooring

After completing this apprenticeship, Edwin started Martinez Tile & Laminate, LLC in 2023. Local home improvement and construction companies often also request his services and trust him for his quality work.

His skill has grown to include large format tile installations and custom tile patterns as well as luxury tile flooring, and engineered wood.

Edwin prides himself on supporting people who are trying to improve their residences and businesses while keeping costs reasonable by buying their own supplies and outsourcing the installation. He feels everyone should have a home they are proud of.
