We’ll review the area, take measurements, and evaluate existing conditions such as floor prep needs, transitions, demo requirements, and layout considerations.

Detailed Quote
A quote with the price and estimated window for project start is provided. We welcome discussions or questions about price.

Scheduling

Get Ready for Install Day!

Material Purchasing
Clients are responsible for purchasing all flooring materials. If you wish for our team to purchase the materials, we will include that detail in the quote.

Scheduling Your Project
Once materials are on-site and ready, we’ll confirm scheduling and next steps for installation. Tile projects and projects requiring demo take a few days. We will work with your schedule for dates that are most convenient to you

Please Note
To keep your project moving smoothly, all materials should be purchased and available before the installation date. This helps avoid delays and ensures the job can be completed as efficiently as possible. Please be sure to include a 10% addition to the measurement of the area for waste due to cutting and fit.

These tips will help ensure your project is completed on time and done right!

We are happy to help guide you during the measuring and quoting process so you know what to purchase for your installation. When purchasing materials yourself, we recommend confirming:

  • product type and quantity
  • dye lot or color consistency for tile
  • matching trim and transition pieces
  • grout color and thin set selection coordinates with tile color and size of tile
  • underlayment or installation accessories, if required
  • Quarter round for flooring and schluter strips for wall tile
Payment

Straightforward Pricing

A 50% deposit is required to solidify your installation date. If we cancel your installation, that money is refunded to you. If you need to cancel, not reschedule, receipts for purchased materials will be provided and deducted as well as a 10% fee. That fee is deducted if you are able to schedule the project again with us in the future.

Preferred payment is accepted in the form of cash and Zelle.

A service fee is added to credit card transactions. We do this to keep our costs low for all clients.
